Arrival and Departure
The rooms are available from approx. 2:00 pm. Should you be unable to arrive in time for dinner (by 6:00 pm) on the day of your arrival, please let us know.

Room numbers and floors
Cannot be guaranteed. Of course we will do our best to take your wishes into account.

Packages
Our package offers are based on the price of a standard double room. For all other types of room we apply a surcharge.

Surcharge for single use of double room
For double rooms for single use we apply a 50% surcharge to the price of the 3/4 board.

Cancellation
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Please give us plenty of notice.
In case of cancellation the booked hotel room will be charged as follows:
Up to 30 days before arrival 0%
30-8 days before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount
From 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount.

Non-smoking rooms
The hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Deposit
We reserve the right to charge a deposit of € 200 per room with your booking:

If a deposit was requested your booking is binding after receipt of the deposit. If no deposit was requested your booking is binding immediately.

Payment method
We accept cash or crossed cheques.
We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit cards, EC-cheque cards, and debit cards.

Weekend
Weekend bookings are possible at all times. We ask for your understanding that they can often be booked only at short notice.
For stays of less than 3 days a supplement of 8-15 Euro per person per day is charged, depending on room category.

Hikes
The use of all content, route descriptions and data is at the user’s own risk. Descriptions, routes and images are only illustrations of the tours and do not represent information on the risks and dangers and current situation of the routes.
