Driving directions coming from Munich or Innsbruck:

Taking the Bressanone-Valle Pusteria you will turn onto the Pusteria Road (SS49) and continue past Brunico towards Monguelfo.
Approximately 4 km past Monguelfo you will see an underpass on the right. There you will turn right onto the country road of Braies (SP47) to Braies.
Prior to reaching Braies you will have to turn left at the large intersection into the direction of Ponticello. From there you will travel app. 7 km on a well-maintained (tarmac) mountain road.
